With a background in assessment, talent, and leadership development, Gitte has held roles as Management Assessment Lead and HR Partner at the Danish Sovereign Fund EIFO and Senior Consultant and Coach roles at A&D Resources as well as the Hogan Assessment Systems Coaching Network, delivering psychometric assessment and development services to individuals and teams across start-ups and enterprises. She holds a master’s in psychology from the University of Copenhagen and is certified in a range of leading assessment tools.
Sten Mainz Rode
Founder & Managing Partner
Sten has held senior HR leadership positions in Novo Nordisk in Denmark and France as well as in the Danish Sovereign Fund EIFO. In Novo Nordisk Sten has headed up Training, HR Business Partnering and Lean while he in the capacity of VP HR has established and driven management assessments/due diligence in direct investments for the Sovereign Danish Fund. Sten holds a master’s degree in political science as well as 2 officer’s degrees in the Danish Army and the Royal Danish Navy.
Sys Spogard
Co-founder & Partner
With a background in executive coaching, business psychology, and management consulting, Sys has held Senior Principal and Consultant roles at Korn Ferry, A&D Resources, Flensby & Partners, and SHL, providing leadership development, management consulting, and talent assessment services. She is a licensed psychologist, Cand.Psych.Aut, from Copenhagen University as well as a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
